Great book selection, but Starbucks line is sometimes long and Wi-Fi, while good and strong when it works, shuts off for short periods at random internals. This is particularly annoying if you are trying to use the Nook read-in-store, since it premature ends your session. Manager is indifferent to this.

Why do you have 7 registers with only 3 manned and 15 people in line?
Never had a problem coming here. Two story building with a decent size collection with starbucks. Next to southpoint mall which makes it even better.
If you love to read nothing else needs to be said, great selection of current best sellers. Store could be organized a little better, but is adequate for most.
