Waiting time is very high here even we have an appointment. Happened to me twice .
First of all, one teller with extremely long lines. Second of all, Very poor customer service from an employee named Karim. His title is "relationship banker." He was supposed to be a greeter and helping customers out. However, he did not greet me upon my entry and was unwilling to help with my concerns when the teller could not. I had to ask him for help and it was obvious he would rather be standing doing nothing! He was extremely rude, snappy, and condescending. Please avoid this Bank of America at all costs if you need help with any bank transactions and want decent customer service. This is the first poor BOA experience I have had. Very disappointing!
The staff here are all courteous and efficient, and I've basically never had to wait. I've always had really great experiences at this branch, and don't hesitate giving them five stars. As an aside, I just wanna say that Natalie (spelling?) at this branch deserves a medal. She seriously couldn't have been more professional in the midst of a frustrating situation that I witnessed. Hope she gets a raise or something.
