To this date, I've started 2 different support tickets. The service says they are supposed to respond within 48 hours. I've yet to receive any response. Attached is evidence of my support tickets. I would love to receive the art piece I've been charged for.

We ordered several Christmas Ornaments and other memorabilia. These things have since arrived however the $20 T-Shirt that we ordered has never arrived. We have sent them emails, as well as called them and have yet to receive any response. It seems like they have just disappeared... We will be filing a claim with our bank to get the refund for the amount of the T-Shirt which never arrived.

I ordered a piece of artwork back on November 17th for my husband's Christmas gift. I was charged for the piece, and the order was processed. However, nearly a month has gone by and I've received no tracking number, or any notification that my order has been shipped. If there was an issue with my order, I am willing to resolve it.
I made the online purchase on 03/27/2017 and I have not received the last item (SS1911-82HD Lovers Kisii Stone 8 inches, Soapstone, Red 1) until today. Black Art Depot claimed the last item has been shipped on 04/25/2017 but when I called UPS to track the package. UPS said the item has not been delivered to them. I called, left voice messages and sent emails to Black Art Depot and have not received any response. I requested for a status update or refund with no luck or any further communications from them.
This review is a last resort in hopes that somebody else from their company will see this and help me resolve the issue. I always leave the best reviews possible for businesses and intend on updating this as it is resolved.
I will update this review if this is resolved.
