My daughter and her friend went this summer for a one week camp. They did NOT like it. It is not what they advertised, way too much jumping and lengthy rest times.They are not interested in signing up again. I did call more than one time to see how they could better meet the expectations of these two young girls based on what they advertised. Unfortunately little changed .
I normally love this place because they are clean, organized and have a wonderful staff. Today I was wondering where all the staff was. It is 1/2 off on Wednesdays and was a little crazy. Usually they have staff in each area making sure everything is safe. Today there was one man with a sweatshirt on (so you really didn't even realize he was staff) watching over the basketball area and both jumping areas. I do think he was trying his best. Then my husband and I noticed this lady walking around the jumping area with an Ipad, in jeans and flats. We think she was trying to control the chaos but it really wasn't working. I am not sure if she was the owner, but If you want to own a business like Sky Zone don't cheap out on your labor and stress out your great employees that you do have. You are lucky to have them.
Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best... After driving an hour from my house with a car load of kids for a my son's birthday, we walk in pay, only to find out that the power would soon go out 5 minutes after our arrival and everyone was asked to leave.. The power only went out for about a minute or 2 but the staff stated that it takes too long to boot the system back up and that they would have to close for the night.. No refunds, no raincheck, no nothing ... Just money completely wasted and a car load of devastated children! This should have been handled much differently and with a little more care for the custmers that pay to keep this place in business!
Tons of fun for kids and parents alike! Just had our son's 6th birthday party here and the staff was excellent and attentive (special shout out to Jasmine). We arrived early and she took time to play soccer in the lobby with some of the guests, and they guided us through the party motions stress free. The facility takes care of the rest, with plenty of open trampolines and activities even during busy times. Everything is clean and in great shape - high quality equipment. Foam pit, basketball goals and dodge ball arena are awesome, and staff are always present to ensure safe play. We'll be visiting this place regularly.

Very nice place, lots of fun. My little girl loves it. We come once a week and it is always a great experience. I recommend it for all, children and adults.
